VOIP Integration

The following steps must be completed for VOIP integration (Works with only specific phones)

• An instrument called VOIP is required in Lists/Instruments and the Instrument Name needs to be HiHi Phone
• An empty file called phone_call.txt is required: C:\Users\”username“\AppData\LocalLow\phone_call.txt (may need to show hidden folders when setting this up)
• In the VOIP software configuration go into Integrations and Add “Opticabase” from the dropdown list (If it isn’t in the list the VOIP software needs updating)
• The defult program for TEL: needs setting to the VOIP software being used in Windows Default Apps. (Apps/Default Apps/ Choose defaults by link type)
