Set Up

Lists/Accessories:

Anything connected with audiology should have (a) at the end of the item name eg Wax Removal (a). Make sure you tick No Vat on the items that have no VAT like a aural exam

Lists/Audiology:

Where you set up Aid models and COSI needs etc

Lists/Optometrists:

Add the audilologist’s name and put cyl type as Aud

SMS Reminder wording:

Go to Lists/SMS and add in the wording for SMS reminders for audiology

Banking Screen:

Enter a date period and click on Audiology to get a report of audiology sales for that period.

Recalls

• Go into Reminders as one does with eye examination reminders
• Use the buttons towards the bottom of the screen to update the Audiology reminder list
• Click on Audiology List button to view a list of the patients who need contacting.

If there is a Full Exam date and a wax removal date then it will send the Full wax removal date SMS wording
