- Installation and reinstallation of Opticabase software
- General remote support via email, phone, or messaging for using Opticabase
- Guidance for connecting peripherals (e.g., printers and scanners) to Opticabase
- Basic networking support to enable computer communications (within our knowledge limits). In more complex cases, users may be advised to contact a hardware technician at their own expense.
- Advice on backing up the data.
Excluded Support Services:
- Issues unrelated to Opticabase.
- Internet-related problems.
- Hardware support for printers or other devices not functioning with any program.
- Backing up data.
