Included Support Services:

  • Assistance with hardware setup for Opticabase
  • Installation and reinstallation of Opticabase software
  • General remote support via email, phone, or messaging for using Opticabase
  • Guidance for connecting peripherals (e.g., printers and scanners) to Opticabase
  • Basic networking support to enable computer communications (within our knowledge limits). In more complex cases, users may be advised to contact a hardware technician at their own expense.
  • Advice on backing up the data.

Excluded Support Services:

  • Issues unrelated to Opticabase.
  • Internet-related problems.
  • Hardware support for printers or other devices not functioning with any program.
  • Backing up data.
