Importing Multiple Days In Advance

You can now import multiple days into Opticabase Home ready to upload on that given day.

(Maximum 7 days at a time)

Please follow the steps below

Importing the days while in the office/practice

Do the following for each date of testing:

1. Choose visit date (as usual)
2. Chose Optometrist (as usual)
3. Click Import Patients (as usual)
4. Click Save for multiple days  (shown in image above)

Using a days data

On the specific day of testing, select the date you wish and press Use (shown below)

If you go to Patients for Exams you will now see the patients ready to be tested that day

Exporting Multiple Days Back

Back in the practice/office

1. Select the date you wish to export back from the drop down menu (Image above)
2.  Click Use
3. Then click Transfer back to Opticabase

Repeat steps 1-3 for each date you wish to transfer back
