• Accessories button lists all accessories where you can insert costs and triggers for minimum quantity left.
  • Invoiced List button is where you insert the company names from whom you require payment (see “Owed By” on dispensing screen).
  • VAT button is where you insert the current VAT percentage.
  • Email Bodies button is where you set up the email letters for the patient details screen.
  • SMS button is where you set up all the SMS texting.
  • Printers button is for practices that use a separate receipt printer and/or appointment card printer.
  • Practice Details is where the practice details and all the Passwords are set up.
  • Dispensings button gives a couple of lists from dispenses, such as which member of staff has changed dispenses.
