GOS4 Authorisation for over 15 year old patients is not done by PCSE
NHS Business Services Authority is the body that deals with GOS4 Authorisation.
You need to apply for authorisation by filling in the “authorisation form” that you can download below. Once filled in, you email it to the address at the bottom of the form. Once you get an authorisation code you then go to the eGOS 4 form and change the “Approval box” to say YES, and fill in the code you get in the approval code box on the eGOS 4.
