Opticabase Dispensing:
GOS 18s are printed by clicking on the GOS 18 button on the Patient’s Details screen. (GOS 18+ is the same as GOS 18 but can be used as a template)
Opticabase Clinical:
GOS 18s are printed from the FINAL page of the Exam.
Click on GOS 18 on the Final page of the exam.
- Write the wording that you want in the referral, in the main box that appears or use the dropdown box to use a template (Templates are set up in Lists/Referral Lists in the Clinical column)
2. Click on “GOS 18 Extras” and choose from the lists.
3. Close GOS 18 Extras and click on “Print GOS 18”
You can always return to this final page and reprint the GOS18.
