Sale Only Screen:
Use this screen when selling anything that does not need to go under a patient’s name. eg. Lens cleaner, blaphaclean etc..
Click on “Add Sale” and then choose a dispenser.
Next choose the accessory from the drop down list and then payment method.
You can choose a few different items as you get a new drop down row when you select an item on the blank row.
You can only change the value of the item if it is “Other” or “Discount”.
If you sell blephasol for £12 but want to sell it for £10. Choose Blephasol and then choose Discount. Change the discount value from £0.00 to -£2.00.
Click on “Receipt” to print a receipt.
If you need to give a patient a price of an accessory, just click on accessory list (top right) and read off the price.
If you are selling some accessories to a patient when they are also having a dispense you can use the drop down under the Lenses area on the Dispense where it is labelled “Others”.
