To see what sales have been generated for today or a certain period you go to Till and then enter the date period. Then click on the button called “Dispenses” in the analytics area (2nd row, 4th column)

This will show you sales that you have made for the day/period and probably will NOT be equal to the banking for the same period because banking shows the money that you have taken which will be deposits and money from collections, while Dispenses shows you the sales that you have made.

Dispenses value does NOT equal Banking

For example:

• 3 patients collect and pay £190 in total as they had already paid some deposits when they ordered the glasses
• 2 Patients order glasses worth £350 but only leave £100 deposit in total

Banking will show £190 + £100 = £290

Sales will show £350
